Searching for a home in the Cedar Rapids or Iowa City area?  This is a complex area!  There are two mulitple listing services (MLS) that serve the area.  This can make searching difficult in some of the communities in between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, such as Swisher, Solon, Shueyville, Ely and North Liberty.  To make it easier for you, the buyer to find ALL the homes available, Corridor Connection Realty belongs to both the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors and the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors.    For sellers, this also means your home is marketed in both MLS systems as well!

Making it even more complex around here are the many "pocket" subdivisions we have around the Coralville Reservoir and Lake Macbride.  It is a varitable maze of narrow street and dead end roads!  The communities are often much bigger than what each individual town represents once these subdivisions are added in.   Ourake area homes often sell quickly - so don't miss out!
